The legends over at sxsblog.com have got their hands on a Polaris RZR Pro R and put it up against a Can-AM Maverick X3 Turbo RR!

The Polaris RZR Pro R was one of the most hotly-anticipated side-by-sides in years before its launch late last year. Polaris did their best effort to keep details a secret but as the launch date wore closer the important stuff was leaked.

Boasting a 2.0L ProStar Fury ingine, a 74-inch stance and 3.0 Fox shocks with all the top-of-the-line fruit we’ve come to expect from Polaris, the Pro R was looking like one of the best side-by-sides ever built. When it finally arrived in Australia we were the first media outlet to test the Polaris RZR Pro R and it lived up to the hype.

The Pro R is one of the best side-by-sides we have ever driven. It is faster than anything else we’ve steered, handles better and comes equipped with more tech than anything else on the market. But, we were keen to see how it stacked up against the competition.

The only vehicle in the same universe is the Can-Am Maverick X3 but we couldn’t get our hands on a new, stock one to test against the Pro R but the SXSBlog crew in the US did! Check out how they compared the pair.
