Yamaha's 2022 Wolverine RMAX2 1000 XT-R is full of goodies for $26, 749 that you don't get on a standard Wolverine. Here's what you need to know.
With room to carry two full-size adults upfront, the Yamaha Wolverine RMAX2 1000 XT-R features a tilting cargo bed that can take 272kg of cargo, something the Wolverine RMAX4 doesn’t get. The tilt bed features built-in hydraulic piston-assistance, a latch system, and multiple steel tie-down points to secure cargo or attach accessories. It also has 907kg of towing capacity thanks to the standard two-inch receiver.
Priced at $26,749 incl GST for the Wolverine RMAX2 1000 XT-R, Yamaha have priced it right on the middle of the recreational market and it sits up the pointy end of Yamaha’s range of UTV and SXS machines. Here’s all the important stuff.
Engine
999cc parallel twin-cylinder engine producing 80.5kW 108hp.
