INTERNATIONAL OFF-ROAD DAY IS CLOSE! | News

The International Off-Road Days just around the corner. If you're wondering what is International Off-Road Day, here's all you need to know.

International Off-Road Day, presented by Can-Am, returns for its third year, this Sunday, October 8! An annual event that unites the global off-road community in celebrating their shared love for adventure, the great outdoors, and chasing thrills, International Off-Road Day welcomes all riders to embrace the spirit of Off-Road Livin’, regardless of experience level or the vehicle you drive. As part of this yearly celebration, Can-Am will continue to make a positive impact everywhere we ride, by championing causes such as the Responsible Rider program and Ride Out Intimidation seeking to ensure that off-roading has a happy and healthy future.

“We believe that International Off-Road Day has resonated with riders from all walks of life, all across the world through the unifying joy of the outdoors, community-building and thrill-seeking,” said Elsa Vilarinho, Director Global Marketing, Can-Am Off-Road at BRP. “The off-road community continues to grow and International Off-Road Day is a perfect way to celebrate passionate riders all around the world.”

“International Off-Road Day is about celebrating the off-road community. It’s not just for professional racers, and Can-Am Ambassadors like Molly Taylor or Toby Price, but for anyone who wants to experience the thrill of the ride.” said Lucas Van Natter, Can-Am Brand Marketing Lead, APAC.

The team of Can-Am ambassadors joining the third International Off-Road Day festivities include Dustin Jones and his S3 crew, Ostacruiser, and Colt Jean. Building off of last year’s momentum, there will be more than 30 rides taking place in more than 20 countries around the world, including USA, Canada, Brazil, Mexico, Saudi Arabia and Poland just to name a few. Can-Am urges off-roaders organizing local group rides with friends and family to remember the principles of the Responsible Rider program and be good stewards of the land.

In Australia, there will be two events held in both the Gold Coast and Melbourne. Molly Taylor, Rally champion and Can-Am Ambassador, will be riding a Can-Am Maverick X3 at the Gold Coast event.

A day for riders around the world share their passion, International Off-Road Day  allows riders to share their journeys and adventures on social media by using the #InternationalOffRoadDay. And for Can-Am owners, they can also use #CanAmOffRoadLivin.
