2020 POLARIS RANGER DIESEL REVIEW!
We caught up with V8 Supercars Commentator Mark Larkham over the summer to see how his 2020 Polaris Ranger Diesel has been holding up.
It’s not often we get to test a well-used machine. And it’s even rarer to get a used side-by-side and compare it with a new side-by-side. But that’s what we did with Mark “Larko” Larkham’s 2020 Polaris Ranger Diesel and our new 2023 Polaris Ranger Diesel we had for testing.
It was great to create some perspective when also testing the 2023 model, to be able to compare it to the 2020 Polaris Ranger Diesel. It was very interesting to see how the older model had held up and what needed replacing. Surprisingly, there wasn’t any significant damage to the older model and things like stabiliser bars, suspension bushes and the motor as a whole were still in great working order.
It was filthy, covered in dust, mud and bird shit but what used side-by-side isn’t! We preferred it that way because it was a genuine test on a used Polaris Ranger.
Check out how Larko rates it in this video and the things that have and haven’t stood the test of time.
